You are fully responsible for the photos, prompts, and content you submit. We do not claim ownership of the images you upload, but you must ensure you have the right to use them.

2. Generated Content & Rights

The videos you generate using our platform are yours to use, share, and distribute. However, because our service relies on underlying AI models, all generated content is also subject to the terms and policies of those respective AI providers.

3. Credits and Billing

Generating content requires credits. If you are on a subscription plan, your base credits will reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you purchase additional credit packs, those credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. We consume credits in this order: Subscription credits first, followed by purchased credits, and finally gifted credits.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Dance AI Art to create harmful, explicit, illegal, or abusive content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or abuse our platform architecture.
